10+ years of proven remote work — managing customer experience, compliance operations, CRM documentation, and team training for a Canada-based e-commerce brand. I don't just handle tasks. I own outcomes.

My professional journey started on the ground — as a Data Encoder at Superama Supermart in Cotabato City, where I built the foundation of 99%+ accuracy that would carry through every role that followed.
From there, I moved into a US-based Health & Wellness BPO, handling inbound customer service at volume and maintaining 92–96% QA scores — learning what it means to perform consistently under pressure, every single day.
That discipline translated directly into a decade of fully remote operations for a Canada-based prescription eyewear e-commerce brand — managing customer experience, Rx compliance verification, CRM documentation, and training incoming virtual assistants, entirely independently from Davao City, Philippines.
I operate with what most teams build entire QA departments to achieve: ownership mentality. I catch errors before they become problems. I document every resolution as if someone else will need to act on it without calling me first.
Senior VA skills built through real operations — not courses. Every competency below is backed by documented cases and a decade of consistent delivery.
Managed 40–70 daily tickets via live chat and email. Avg. first response under 30 seconds on chat, full SLA compliance on email resolution.
Logged every customer interaction, order update, return, and case note with zero audit gaps. Records always escalation-ready and compliance-compliant.
Authored and maintained SOPs for order processing, CRM logging, and Rx review workflows. Trained 3–5 incoming VAs using these systems.
Processed 10–20 return/exchange cases weekly end-to-end: customer confirmation, lab instructions, payment authorization, full CRM closure.
Coordinated with optical labs on timelines and quality holds. Tracked and reported case statuses, escalations, and key service metrics.
Manual pre-production Rx integrity checks — clinical reading comprehension to catch CYL, SPH, AXIS errors before lab release. Not system-automated.
These are three real cases — shared here as proof of work, not as the full picture. Each documents a different compliance risk: caught, controlled, and resolved entirely remotely, entirely independently. Every screenshot is real. Every order number happened. Order numbers and personal data redacted for client confidentiality.
Order #28***** — Identified a CYL sign inconsistency during routine pre-production Rx review: OD showed negative (−), OS showed positive (+). In prescription eyewear, this is the difference between lenses that correct vision and lenses that worsen it.
Order #28***** — Warehouse received a returned package with only an order number — no prior return request submitted. Without intervention: unauthorized modification, billing discrepancy, and lab production error. The case required immediate identification of the customer's intent, coordination of upgrade authorization, lab instruction documentation, and full CRM closure before production could proceed.
Order #28***** — Warranty eligibility inquiry on an already-flagged case. Email alone wasn't sufficient — needed outbound phone contact and full cross-system documentation to close the loop cleanly. The case involved a broken frame (customer slept on it), a reserved replacement unit, and a PayPal payment confirmation — all of which required coordination across CRM, email, and a tracking spreadsheet.
"A CYL sign error is invisible to a system. An undocumented return is invisible to a CRM. A phone call that never gets logged is invisible to the next person. I make those things visible — and make sure they can't cause damage."
I'm available immediately and remote-ready. If you need someone who owns outcomes rather than just handling tasks, I'd love to connect.
